In this commercial, H&M expresses the different ethnicity's as well as gender . Along with this, they address the social issue of being transgender. They incorporate this through the use of fashion, stating that people can express themselves in their own ways such as shoes, colors and accessories. They show a variety of ethnicity's such as black, Asian, Arab, pacific island and Caucasian and expressing themselves differently. Like fashion, people vary with their personalities, sizes and how people express themselves. H&M encourages their viewers that they have clothing for everyone, n`o matter their style, ethnicity, size or gender which includes transgenders. It allows them to feel more welcomed in their own skins and support their choices. It addresses that people are able to dress as they feel fit to support their personalities and beliefs In the last clip of the commercial, they present their clothing as recycled which expresses their care for Earth and persuades that onto their viewers. This grasps the attention of people who are interested in recycling, saving water and being Earth friendly. Therefore, this commercials goal is to attract the attention of all ethnicity's, social groups, sized, and people evolved in the environment.
Axe Body Spray Commercial- Axe Body Spray
In this commercial, Axe conveys masculinity through the use of using one male and copious amounts of females. The females are dressed in the same demeanor of lose bikinis which is provocative to grab the attention of their male audience. The women are portrayed as animals as they are staged in the wilderness, swimming through the ocean and intensively running. They have an intense look of desire. They are under the impression that they will be able to grasp the attention of women with the ideal skinny body types. The commercial only contains one race which is white with the females portraying the ideal body types. The ending say "Spray More Get More~ The Axe Effect" which encourages the idea that the more body spray is used, the more women will be after them. Of course demeaning and offensive to women, the idea of the body spray attracting all females like animals encourages single men to purchase this.
